So i jumped the gun a bit. But page 3 this thread is sad. Where u work has no affect on ur muscle growth. Your hours at "said job" do, however. The nature of your work can be overcome as long as u aren't putting in ridiculous hours

I think you're misunderstanding what they're saying.........they arent saying that having a manual labor job is an excuse to stay skinny, they're just saying that working a manual labor job, you need to eat more calories to maintain muscle mass than someone with a desk job. Thats not opinion its just biology - they were just advising the poster that if he were to, say do a cycle or two and get up to 160 lbs, that without eating enough to support his new muscle mass AND counteract the calories burned in his work day or its a waste of his time, money, and effort.

P.S.: I just about pissed my pants at your welfare comment :FRlol:
