I would go onto Fit Day as QT mentioned.
I think you should start a journal on here. Post up what you eat, when you eat it and how much you eat. Same thing with fluids. Also track your workouts. If you do that will allow everyone to analyze what you are doing and tweak your diet or routine to get you better results. What you eat, when you eat, and how much you eat is around 85% of your results. Just starting a journal may get you to your goals. Other things that are nice about starting a journal are you make friends on here who support you and you inspire others to start a journal and then they finally see the results they want.
