Hello everyone!
I just signed up to this site. I want to get some intake on different weight loss pills! I've been taking OE for a while now and I have lost 18lbs that's also with a some what healthy dieting. I def done want to do steroids because I'm afraid I wont be able to have kids. My husband currently takes them, and that worries me. But he says it won't affect fertility. Anyone know about steroids and fertility? Anyways, I'm getting off subject so I wanted to know what's the best fat burning pill that's safe? I'm currently weighting in at 145, but I'd like to be 130-135. My biggest problem is my tummy!!! I have an 8 year old and the belly hasn't gone away. If anyone can give me advice I'd appreciate it! Thank you

Well, I take my OE in the morning, then usually a bowl of cereal or a yogurt. Then if I'm even a lil hungry during the day I'll have a yogurt, half of a turkey sandwich or even carrots with ranch dipping. Then for dinner I usually have chicken and a veggie. I try not to eat the carbs, but it's a big meal bc I don't eat during the day. The OE really doesn't make me hungry at all. And then either in the late afternoon or at night around 8pm I work out for an hour. It's usually just cardio power walking on and incline for 10-15 I work my way up. And hen maybe some leg lifts or ab machine. That pretty much sums it up. Oh and of course I drink lots of water. I don't drink soda at all

Yes. Here is some info for you.

When a man uses synthetic forms of testosterone (all anabolic steroids are derivatives of testosterone), the hypothalamus responds by halting the body's testosterone- synthesizing process. One side effect of this mechanism, even from conservative or therapeutic doses of testosterone, is the precipitous decline of sperm production after about two weeks. For this reason, testosterone is under serious consideration by the World Health Organization for use as a male contraceptive.

Sperm production begins anew if the testosterone injections are discontinued, and it is usually restored to normal levels when the hormone has completely cleared the body. Whether sperm production is fully restored, however, ultimately depends on the duration of the testosterone injections and the individual subject's response.

This is why men cycles are much more complex than womens cycles, there's a lot going on an a lot can go wrong with his man parts if the proper precautions aren't taken, as well as proper post cycle therapy.

Thanks! Yeah he says he stops 6 weeks before we try. I have no clue about steroids, but he's been taking them since he was a teen so I'm sure he knows what he's doing. I'm just concerned bc we had 2 miscarrgies, and not sure if it was bc of the use of steroids.

Wow, I just read that same information on the internet psizzle. Here is another simple, straight forward quote from the Stanford University web site.... "Anabolic steroid use--causes testicular shrinkage and infertility."

If your husband is not aware of this he should do more research before using roids. If he is aware of this then he is not being straightforward with you. Not trying to be too negative, but I hate when guys make statements like this to justify using gear. I'm not against using gear, I just believe you need to fully understand the sides and risk involved. If he is using then yes, he could become infertile...either temporarily or permanently. (It all depends on the amount and length of the usage).

Plug your diet into FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal I would like to see what your macro's are from a quick glance I would say its less than a 1000 calories which is way to low.

I don't see you doing any weight lifting at all this is a good read on why you should be lifting wieghts http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/w...ining/weight-training-information-600068.html

I also think you need to check out this thread http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/w...e-fitness-womens-forum-start-here-678961.html

Rebecca,

If he was infertile, they would having difficulty getting preg! We've gotten preg 2 but lost baby in 8-9 week. So I'm not sure thats the problem! But I'll def look more into it. It may not even be the roids?....this is why I don't want to take roids! He's suggested quite a few diff ones to me, but I don't want to take the chance. I rather stick to weight loss pills.

Since he was in his teens??? NO bueno...

And yes Rebecca, funny what a little google search can do ;-)
