new to the site need my diet overviewed

you could also eat spinach or asparagus. i personally would drop the last shake and eat egg whites. i would also get up and hit the cardio a few days per wk before you eat.

so would you reckomend cardio on an empty stomach and wieghts in the afternoon :confused::)

yes on an empty stomach. then down a good shake. i dont want to sound like a salesman but im starting to feal like 1. i personally just started drinking big blast from proteinfactory.com and am so freaking impressed with it ive been telling everyone about it. i would get that and drink it or whatever shake you use right after cardio. but again only 3x per wk and maybe 30-40 minute sessions. hit the weights at whatever time you get the best w/o. when you walk into the gym you want to go in there focused as hell and ready to kill. get the job done and get out. like its your last day to train before you compete for 1,000,000,000.00 every time. for me that comes at about 12:pm right before my 2nd sleap time. after the w/o i would chug another big blast as i walk out the door go home cook eat and go to bed.
 
just thought id post up with an update, iv taken all advice thanks guys, ading veg deff makes a diference no more feeling hungry, early moning cardio is a bitch but can feel the benifit ive dropped 2 lbs in wieght and body fat 0.3%, so i think a bigger push and im definatly going in right direction once again Thanks to EF
