Hi !!!

I have only been reading for a few hours ( ! ) and all this information is absolutely incredible !!!
I sit in front of the computer all night at my hoteljob and this board REALLY keeps my motivation skyhigh and prevents me from go sneaking a bite from the breakfast buffet...:p

Now I just like to hit the gym for some serious lifting !!!

So I´ll be on my way browsing through the archives to get some more, priceless fitness and bb hints and tips.

Well...I am not into competing...At least not for the moment...
I have thought about it many times, but there are not that many smaller competitions to enter in Norway...:(
I think I am too shy to enter...Some people says I have what it takes according to musclemass but I just don´t know right now...

I have been to the Norwegian Championships in Fitness and as sad as it is it´s pretty much about who you know...Some girls have a bad physique, but still are top rank...They know the right people.

I have been training for several years, but recently started again after a whole year without ANY kind of exercise...Fortunately I haven´t lost all of my muscles and find them as the fat disapears...:D

I am 173 cm long ( I don´t know inches and feet but I think it´s about 5 feet 8 inches ?? ) and my weight is 57 kg ( about 130 lb ? ) I am quite lean on my upper body, but sadly all my fat is concentrated to my butt and thighs...:bawling:
But I´m getting there !!

As for know I´m on a low carb diet and are happy with my results since New Year and I am of course the most Fitness Girl at the gym...:D
I secretly dream of entering a contest and who knows what tomorrow brings...

All of your advices are however wonderful !!

HI:) Great posts...yes the stubborn lower body fat...it will come w/ good diet and training...Do you rotate your carbs?? Being on low carbs all the time is not the best thing to do...Dont be shy...set a goal and go for it..you only live once...make the best of it and do what you dream of......you can do ANYTHING you set your mind to....Its all positive mental attitude...;)
 
WELCOME ABOARD!!! You will find a lot of knowledgeable people here that will help YOU attain your goals.

GO FOR IT, like N@GB said you only live once. So, why have regrets?
