Just a pic of my back. I will post more pics as soon as I get a camera. My Friend Took this one to show me what I looked like from the back. I am 5'10 225lbs about 12%bf. I am natural to this point but am researching for a good growth spurt.I would like to put on about another 15-20 lbs and when I cut down be around the 225-230 mark. Thanks for the feedback.
