currently around 5’10” 216 lbs and my goal is to do a recomposition cycle and I’m 40 years old
this will be my third cycle
I would like to better Implement Primo and testosterone on my next stack
the recommend 500 mg of Primo along with the same amount of testosterone or should I run the testosterone much lower to get the best effects? I was thinking of hitting this at least 12 weeks maybe 15 weeks total
