Hi All -

I've been reading this discussion board for the past month or so, and I finally decided to join. I want to thank you all for the great advice - I've learned a lot from these threads.

A bit about myself: I'm 25 / female - I've been into fitness for about 5 years now. I'm currently in the gym 5-6 days a week. My fitness goals have been to maintain my weight & increase muscle tone. However, I'm giving serious thought to building my body come this fall. I have the discipline to get my butt in the gym, I just need to get serious about the dieting part.

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm sure I'll be needing some advice come fall!:wavey:
