It is and it isn't. It depends on a number of factors.
If you want advice though mate, you need to post some stats, as per the forum rules. Age, weight, height, bf%, training history, diet to name the most important.
too many factors. if you are severely below your genetic potential or if you run a high aromatizing AAS then you have a great chance of losing what you put on.
Bro you could train natty for a few more years and up those cals and be a beast. Then with AAS you will go off the chart! Stay natty and dial your training and diet in. Work hard for 4 more years and then look at AAS. Maybe check out some supps from needtobuildmuscle.net and kill it!
well i dont expect you to lisen but 1 year of training isn't enough to dial in your diet and know the best workout strategies through experimentation. i bet there are thousands of guys juicing after never even touching a weight before. it doesn't work. if it did then everyone would be competing in Mr. Olympia
Im listening. Im just curious hence talking to you guys. Ill make a logg on the forum and see how i go from there. Ill post my diet tonight after the gym and tell me what you lot think
more training. . . correct training. Not what you want to hear. I know. Absorb as much information as you can from here. Diet, weight training, and do's and don'ts of gear. The you will be ready and wont waste your money (or get more out of your future gear cycle, if that is what you do. And of course this is all for study and informational purposes only.
U need a lot more than a year training!! Most people take 2 yrs just to learn how to train the correct way, if longer. All u need is Food and heavy weights right now..
