I managed to put up 455lbs for a solid 8 reps, ass to the floor no belt yesterday. It was a little scary though, I have a crazy bad cough, so I took a tylenol 3(with codine) before I went in so I could breathe, but on the 2nd rep I got really dizzy and couldnt focus, so pretty much did the last 6 reps blind. It felt like I might have had 10 reps, but by 8 I was freaked out that my vision wasnt clearing.
Once I racked the bar everything went back to normal, but damn, that was a little more intense then I planned

thanks guys, the way I look at it, is on stage I will always face guys with better genetics, but I doubt I'll ever face anyone who wants it more than I do..

illuminati, not including warmups, my quad workout is
squats 2 sets 6-8 reps
leg press, 2 sets 8-10 reps
hack squats 2 sets 8-10 reps with a drop set

the intensity is brutal on every set, so I can get away with low volume
 
It's all about the squats baby. Nothing else needs to be said.

Very IMPRESSIVE lift!! And some FUCKING crazy intensity too!! If I tried that my ankles would snap off, knee caps would shoot across the gym and Id shit out my spine!! Keep KILLING that motherfucker!!
 
Nice lift; I'd settle for hitting 500 for reps.
 
update, got 465 x 6 reps today, then 405 x 10, felt like I had 8 at 465 but because of this chest cold I was having trouble breathing
