New Routine-Critique Please

I have been doing Back/Biceps and Triceps/Chest for a long time and I want to change it up.

I have been reading about Tris/Bis and Chest/Back for a while and I was wondering what you guys think about that split. I tried a chest/back workout Tuesday and I liked it pretty well. It looked pretty much like this... Please critique.

Incline DB 4x10 60,75,80,85
Close Grip Pull Downs 3x10 150,165,165

Cable Crosses 3x10 50,60,60
Rows 3x10 185,205,225

Flys 3x10 40,40,45
T-Bars 3x10 80,90,100

Whats that look like. Maybe a couple more exercises in there? Lower reps higher weight maybe... Today is tris/Bis, and I'll try to post that for critique as well.

I am mostly looking to gain some mass as pool season is almost over. I am currently at 6'0" 195.
 
A good start, but I would get rid of the cable cross-overs and add either parallel dips or decline barbell presses. Pull-Downs and T-Bars are good, but you might want to consider adding either deadlifts or hyperextensions: Here might be a possible routine:

Incline DB - 4x10 60,75,80,85
T-Bar Rows - 3x10 80,90,100

Decline Barbell Presses or Parallel Dips - 3 x 10
Close Grip Pull Downs 3x10 150,165,165

Flys 3x10 40,40,45
Deadlifts - 3 x 6-10
or Hyperextensions - 2 x 25

Those are my suggestions. I would perform deadlifts at the end of the workout, so you will not drain the energy out of your system before you can complete your other exercises.
 
Yesterday I grouped tris/biceps together for the first time. Here was my routine. Critique please.

Decline close grip bench 3x8 135, 185, 185

Weighted Dips 3x12 45
Standing DB curls 3x10 40

Behing Neck DB Ext 3x10 60, 70, 80
Alternating DB Preacher curls 3x10 30,35,35

Superset with
Cable Curls 3x10 90,90,90 and
Rope Pushdowns 3x10 100, 100, 100


After my frist couple workouts I can say without a doubt that I am much sorer than I have been for a long time. Then again it might just be that I am clean for the first time all summer.

I seem to get a better range of motion doing them on a decline bench. Doing them on a flat bench really kills my wrists.
