Hey Freak try em like you did last week (suspended). But if you choke em down i would use the boards. BUt whatever your comfortable with. YOu will get a eccellent tri workout with the bands and boards though. Since last week you used blues up no boards just for shits and giggles do them choked down , and remember to once you tie them in, to loop it again under it. You need the tension of it looped around after its been sinched. And use the 3 and 4 brd. Just to see how you liek them. I think done that way is awesome. Makes you push even faster then with bands up.
