New PR today!!

Hey Jay, is that all you guys did last night for deadlift training? Also, can I use the 3 and the 4 board on friday with the green bands at the bottom. Or should just do without them? or do both? Cause I was gonna try to hit them like I did the Blue ones from the top.

Great job on the PR. Some of us pull better sumo. A very lucky few can pull well both ways. Whatever works for you. I am very impressed with you.

No PR's to report this week, have a meet in 3 days, so holding off on the PR's till Saturday. But I intend to have some PR news Sunday!!!

Hey Freak try em like you did last week (suspended). But if you choke em down i would use the boards. BUt whatever your comfortable with. YOu will get a eccellent tri workout with the bands and boards though. Since last week you used blues up no boards just for shits and giggles do them choked down , and remember to once you tie them in, to loop it again under it. You need the tension of it looped around after its been sinched. And use the 3 and 4 brd. Just to see how you liek them. I think done that way is awesome. Makes you push even faster then with bands up.
 
Hey guy-congrats on the PR. Its funny on DL how when you find your weakness or and exercise to fix your weakness, how quickly your dead numbers can shoot up. I dont recall ever seeing anything on your squat. Are you as proportionally stong in it?

My squat is much weaker. My best squat in a meet is 330. Best in the gym is 365.

Best bench is 255(240 in meet).

I have a deadlift meet tomorrow, so I should have a new PR on the dead in less than 24 hours.
