Went off the diet for a couple days and boom, added 6lbs in two days. Oh for it all to be muscle.....sure. Anyway, Figured I'd take advantage of the extra poundage and go balls out heavy.
Did 105s on incline dbs. Four textbook reps!!! ......OK two textbook reps and two disasters. But still a record. I'd always topped out at 95. Just getting the 105s up felt pretty good. Not bad for a natural old man huh?
