yea your right. beginning of hs i was like 115 lol. for calves iv'e doing the extensions off a machine, extensions off the leg press machine, raises, seated raises etc..
Calves are one of those muscles you have or you dont. That is why so many body builders get implants for them. My one training partner has skinny calves and he has tried everything in the last 15 yrs.to get them to grow, they get cut but wont grow.
