I refused to let the 198 beat me. I can't remember the last time I fought that hard to get a weight up :)

Hopefully this starts a nice week of new 1 RMs on the four big lifts.

I followed the OHPs up with some light weighted GPP and rotator strengthening/stretching.

congrats man, good work. i need to work on my overheads for the log and vikings b/c my shoulders are pretty weak.

I thought to myself that 198 was out of reach, given that only 6 weeks ago my max was 176.

Before I started pressing yesterday I thought to myself, "I'm not going to stop until I get the 198 above my head. After I am done today, my new max WILL be 198. No matter what." So I just F%^king did it.

Honestly though, I didn't think it was going to happen.
