actually i dont think i have good genetics. i was in power lifting for a year and a half, and i never broke 150lbs. i just got strong as fuck. after i quit power lifting i got into body building and put on about ten pounds in a year naturally. started taking suppliments, was spending about $300 every month on protein, carbs, vitamins, etc. and would go up and down from 160 to 170, always ending up at 160 for about three years, thats when i decided to get some gear to break my plateau. went on gear and gained 30lbs, in a month.
