Hello........

I have been reading the posts on this board and I am
very encouraged by what I have been reading in the
Womens Forum. I have been weight training for 4 years
and I have just started a cycle of Primo. 100 mg a week.
Within 3 weeks I notice an increase in strength and
hardness in my muscle. I am looking to widen my shoulders
and to lean out my lower body a bit. I'm 5 ft 8 and I weigh about 145lbs........not looking to gain mass, but I would like to step
"it " up. Any suggestions are greatly apprecitated.
Thank you.

Hardbody, I'm not sure what "it" is. Do you mean increase your hardness, strength, or CV fitness?

Two ways to treat the leg softness, lose more fat there or add muscle. Added leg muscle will create the illusion of substantially greater hardness without actually decreasing the bodyfat. Sometimes its easier to go the muscle building route since hip and thigh fat cant be subborn as hell to really cut down.

For shoulder widening you might try what I call lat hangs. Grap an angled pullup bar with the widest grip you can manage while using lifting straps. Strap yourself onto the bar tight and allow your shoulders to hyperextend. Honey it hurts, but allow yourself to hang as long as you can stand it. Dont use any added weights. Try it a few times a week. Apart from that I can think of anything else except lateral raises to add thickness to the medial delt head.

Welcome! ;)

To give assistance, we need a little more information - such as weight, height, BF%, measurements, training details, cardio, DIET.... etc.... :)

If "it" is leanness (reducing BF, looking defined) - then that is 95% diet-related. Diet is what can make or break leanness.

Hey!
Thank you for your speedy replies!
I like the wide grip hanging idea......
I appreciate your help! I am 5 ft 8. I weigh 145lbs. I prefer myself just under 140. I have hard muscle now......and my body is defined. My upper body is more defined than my lower body. I am not sure exactly what my bodyfat is...[I don't think its high]....I will have it measured. My measurements are 36.....29......34. I am a woman that retains water!!!! I stay on a clean diet........I supplement with protein. I have used Ripped Fuel type products in the past....only to have the water return to my body when I stop using them.

I weight train 4 to 5 days a week. I do it all.....I go heavy on some days and high reps on others. I target muscles from every direction. I do cardio 3 or 4 times a week for 30 min. I am begining to do intervals. When I use the term "step it up" I want to be a bit more muscular than I am currently. I guess I want a "pumped look" all of time. I feel I have reached genetic potential naturally.....and I am basicly pleased with my results after 4 years. The problem is when I build muscle I notice I have trouble maintaining it......[ yes...I stay on the diet! High protein lower carbs].......this is why I am trying the primo]

I have spent years and $ studying and training learning all I could about bodybuilding.
I have scuplted my body after having 2 children. I haven gotten a really good result as I am down from a 50lb weight gain having a baby at age 42. Now......I want to tweak it.......I read your posts and replies .........you have knowledge.........so? what can I do? what can I change? The primo has given me increase in strength as I'm into my 3rd week. Thank you for your time!

gaining shoulder width/size will come with shoulder press...seated military, either free bar or smith machine....Iam not an advocate of behind the neck style presses, IMO it tends to over-rotate the delts and sockets over a period of time, thus causing injury and pain...there may be some who will argue this...thats ok...lower the weight to about ear- level and press back up to start position....no need to go any lower than that...using primo will usually show results quickly in the deltoid region, as they have an affinity for AAS....in both male and females...moderate to heavy military press is a must for shoulder developement.....welcome....

Alas...the lean upper vs. the fat lower half..

Yes..the dreaded lean upper body vs. the not as lean lower half - those damn female genetics! If only like a man we lost BF over our entire body at the same time! Wouldn't life be grand!

Primo going in your delts? That will definately help - but move it around or scar tissue develops. And you get that little delt ridge down the center. Primo will help your delt size.
