new member with questions

Hey everyone im new here and just wanted to say this site is awesome, finally signed up :) . My question is, i travel alot and some hotels don't really have a big gym with free weights mostly treadmills. What type of work out do you guys recommend for me to do while im away? im 25 weight 220lbs and im 6'1'' . Also as for supplements what do you guys recommend me to get? thanks any help i can get i would appreciate it.
 
hey bro, no gym at all at hotel means do as many push ups, sit ups/crunches, body weight squats as you can. obviously protien 3 times a day is a start especially after a workout session. multivitamin, creatine, glutamine are supps worth looking into, do some research on these supps. if your trying to put some size on eat eat eat as much food as you can, but try and get into a real gym as often as possible

Thanks man, i been doing that in my room :). im gonna take with me some creatine , multivitamins and glutamine when i get back home. I been trying not to eat as much and more healthy and boy am i hungry all the time, and food here in hotels are not that cheap either.
