I have been visiting this site for some time but unfortuantly never took the time to actually join while I was searching through old threads. it's amazing how much you can learn from others questions.
my background
24 years of age, 6'2" 220-25 12%bf (guess)
been serious training sense 1999
follow an animalobolics type diet
will give just about any training program a chance.
currently cutting, nothing drastic but would like to get a ripped appearence. roughly 7-8% bf is me goal
look forward to leaning more and chating with all of you
