New Law in April on HRT Clinics

I would agree that some clinics that are conduiting GH scripts with drs. are going to have a difficult time substanciating those scripts in the future. However, I do not see getting testosterone treatment as a threat to the general public or for that matter to the pharmacutical companies that have the legislature in their pockets due to their large lobbying $$$.

This link is to the "RYAN HAIGHT ONLINE PHARMACY CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 2008" that goes into effect April, 13, 2009.

This has to do with online pharmacys that fill scripts, like the Viagra or even Vicodin. Hrt clinics who use a separte compounding phamacy to fill the scripts and are not affialted with one another do not apply.

This is what my HRT clinics lawyers told them, so I hope it is right.

So I know OHRJC uses a compounding pharmacy out of california and they are in fla. Any idea why they would be telling their customers that this law affects them? Could it simply be that they are affiliated with the pahrmary herefore they fall under this new rule?

I would ask them. It seems pretty clear what the law is aiming at. I remember this law passing in the news and I never once thought it had anything to do with HRT.

That would suck. Nothing they can find out different from actually seeing you than looking at black and white numbers that tell the whole story.
