New Law in April on HRT Clinics

I just talked to my HRT Company and he said this is bullshit and there is no law in effect nor on the books. This is a bs thread and now i guess its april fools day!
I spoke with my representative at OHRJC as well. It seems this is legitimate. Maybe it' just specific to fla? where do do you go goin?

Well after reading that it is obvious the difference.
1. The dr. giving the prescription is a legitimate dr. and a conversation with the Dr. does take place and the Dr. reveiws blood panels.
2. The company is not affiliated with the pharmacy. They only route the prescription to the pharmacy for the patient.
3. I know about the issues with GH and prescriptions, due to a local HRT doc in my town who received a leter from the Medical board to cease in writing scripts for GH or loose his liscense, so GH I always consider not above board in California. Nor would I pay those crazy prices for it!
4. My attorney has reviewed all the information and feels I am clearly within the law.

Well, I'm glad I did not put up any BS about the post cause I did not want to startle anyone but it looks like its coming.

Maybe BS but have a look at this link.

Testosterone therapy using HCG to increase natural testosterone production and fertility in men.

I didn't take the effort to drill down in the article links but the act seems legitimate. And it coincides with what I was and others I know were told.

This link is to the "RYAN HAIGHT ONLINE PHARMACY CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 2008" that goes into effect April, 13, 2009.

This has to do with online pharmacys that fill scripts, like the Viagra or even Vicodin. Hrt clinics who use a separte compounding phamacy to fill the scripts and are not affialted with one another do not apply.

This is what my HRT clinics lawyers told them, so I hope it is right.

THARC told me this pretty much Verbatim. They do not fall under the guidelines of the new law.

Hate to say I told you so! No I don't I like being right!

Well the bottom line is maybe this law does not effect the HRT clinics yet, but enjoy it while it lasts because my gut tells me they will one day not exist, the way things are going.
