Hey everyone, I'm new to all this. My names shane, I'm 43 years old and have been in the gym for 6 months. It saved my life and so I made it lifestyle. I'm dedicated and serious. I'm looking for advice and tips and some help explaining things like circuits and such. I'm smart and pickup quick. I'm also looking to get big, how to do it what to use and where to get it. Any help would be appreciated.

Glad to have you brother. Either a 5x5 or split routine will be great for training. Base your diet around clean whole foods. Those combined are exactly what you need. Put a bunch of time in natty before looking at any PEDs.
