New exercise everyday challenge

Can working out completely different every daywithout repeating exercises render me a good shape? For example if Icycle trainings every month. That is, I will do everyday somethingnew, and then repeat the next month. How does that sound?

I think that you can be in quite a good form this way because in any way you will develop strength, and progressively even in new exercises you will be able to perform better. However, on each new exercise that you will perform, you need to push it to the limit, and this will make you develop additional strength.

I personally don't see any problems with it. It'll prevent you from getting bored during your workouts because you are doing a new exercise each day and you will learn a wide variety of different exercises.

I do something similar when dieting. Doing cardio everyday gets boring. I use a different piece of cardio equipment each day to keep things interesting.

Ok, got it! Then I am going for it! Was thinking it hard the last days, and decided to mix in all kinds of cardio, martial arts, weight lifting, street workout....gonna be fun! If there is any kind of exotic exercises you know of, please let me know, and I will add them up to the routine !

I find a variety to be great. I don't run any program for more than 6 weeks at a time. And think of it this way......if you are having fun and it is interesting then you are likely to stick to it. That is really what matters.

Ask Muskate about his "Seal Rows". That is an exercise you don't see too many guys doing.
