New Diet, New Trainer

I got two major problems right now......I am afraid I am getting fat cause I eat 3/4ths of my cals between 7pm and 11pm.........usually a ton of protein, then some low carb bars (maybe 3-4 - I'm additected) a little air popocorn...etc.......so its not too dirty, but its a lot of cals.......

I am not eating enough during the day. See my diet, I eat meals 1 and 3 and my post shake...then its a slamfest


I am making big gains, but is it fat> my abs are gonezo, but I dont care if I just get stronger.........I am training wayyyyyyyyy too much. Yesterday was my light light leg day first day back hittn legs in months and I considered it an off day...also, arm day I consider an off day even though I am intense...so, I am training 7x a weekl........

also, I am on 30mg var, 500mg each of eq and test,,,....should I switch over to deca and sus250? I got those as well....I also got pgcl which should help rip me afterwards right> Just scared of becoming to heavy....I mean I'm prob on the 200lb mark....
