new cycle

22, lifting 5 years 180lbsish second cycle, first cycle was var only 50mg ed 8 week

was recommended by a good source that 800mg/week primo will do me good however thinking about stacking it with tbol since my source recently aquired it.
primo 800mg/week 1-12
tbol 40mg or 60mg ed 1-8
nolv pct.

what do you guys think?
 
I like the cycle, but I'm not a fan of introducing two new compounds to your body at the same time. You won't know which one is giving you gains/sides.
 
Damn you must have a lot of money is what I think lol. But 800/week of primo would yield very solid gains, as would the tbol! I've not run tbol yet but will be soon. Most people seem to get great results for the first 4-5 weeks, then very little after that. You might run the tbol weeks 1-4, then weeks 10 or 11-14. Jumpstart the cycle, then the primo kicks in, then you can hit the tbol again while the primo is fading out of your system and start PCT right after you stop Tbol. Wish I could afford that cycle :)

Hey Bro. What's your diet and training like? If they are spot on, you'll be very happy. If not your wasting a great cycle and not to mention the money. What is your BF%?

bf is prob around 13% or so, training is 4 days a week maybe 5 depend on my partner going, Deiet is decent but needs help plan on going to costco and picking up some steaks in bulk and such. usally heres the routine everyday for food wise

breakfest, apple juice + gritz, maybe some eggs depends on the snooze button or not
early lunch usally just a can of tuna fish
lunch -1pm or so, canned chicken breast, some veggies, or a chicken ceaseer salad save some for later if i'm not int he mood fo tinish it
afternoon snack ~4pm either another can of tuna or some sort of snack, grain bar whatever i can find in our kitchen here at the office.
7-8pm dinner.. usally rice/ veggie chicken breast, a steak, once in a while throw in a pasta meal

thats about it, going to start doing some sort of protien shakes in the near week before i start the cycle, need to get more snack foods in the office hard to bring lunch to the office when you ride a sport bike everyday :(
 
Ohhh shit that sucks for him at least he is not dead though heh you scared me there.A lot of peeps from the boards have died since Ive been around.
 
thats what you're eating now.. what are u going to be eating on cycle? also how tall are you? also training shouldn't depend on if a partner decides not to go. you make your schedule and go when you have to go. also u thikn aboiut hcg for pct??
 
thats what i'm eating now, gear is on its way, gotta sit down and figure out how many als and protien i'm going to need, probably target 3500 cals 200g protien would work best

i lifted for 4 years with out a partner and just recently in the past 3 months lifting with one again.. kinda different but adapting to what he does in part of my change up that i like to try. can't keep doing the same shit over and over. needless to say he's brought a couple new things to my eyes. he's done couple cycles 7 months ago he did a sust/deca cycle and he'll be doing another one soon probably tbol only. his problem is he can't afford to eat as much as he should be :(
 
ya u gotta be eating more... also i have asked 2 times already.. how tall are you.. and have u thought about hcg for pct?

my bad bro... missed that one. 3500- 4000 would be plenty for a guy your size
 
Hey Superspud!!! IMO you should establish a stricter diet b4 using that cycle. You are spending a considerable amount of moolah for it, so it would be wise to follow a precise, scheduled diet to get the most out of it.

don't think my current diet is alright until i jump start the new one? i can put off the cycle 2-3 weeks and start eating now or 2.

you know how many times i eat a day? heres a look at it
630am breakfast- 5 eggs oatmeal
900am snack- oatmeal and fruit followed by shake
11am lunch-can of tuna with rellish veggies
1pm snack- 6 oz chik veggies
4pm pre workout meal pasta w/meatsauce-shake
6pm workout
730pm post workout shake
10pm 8 oz. beef- sweet potatoe
and i still wake up in the night starvin.
