I am a 43 years old male. I did my first cycle when I was 22 years old. I have experience & knowledge about gear. Been on trt since 2013
Height 5f 10" weight 195lbs
Currently i have a Flat stomach with cuts, but no abbs showing. My core / abbs are very strong. I need to loose body fat to get the abbs to show.
I tend to over eat on healthy food.
I train 5 to 7 days a week and some times 2 training sessions in 1 day. My diet is clean and healthy. I take vitamins and supplements.
Current trt cruise test c 200mg a week, nandrolone decanoate 120mg a week, boldenone undecylenate 400mg a week and Anastrozole .5 eod.
I am getting ready to run my next cycle with gear and peptides
Test e 350mg a week
Eq 400mg a week
Tren e 100mg a week and ramp up depending on side effects maybe by week 5 be at 250mg a wk
Anastrozole .5mg eod
Proviron 25mg ed
Tesamorelin 500mcg and ramp up to 1mg ed in pm
Hexarelin 100mcg am and ramp up to 200mcg ed possible split dose
Mod grf 1-29 100mcg am and ramp up to 200mcg split dose
Igf1 lr3 50mcg post work out
By week 5 my gear can possibly be at 1gram of total compounds
Test e 350mg Alpha Pharma, eq,400mg spectrum Pharma, and tren e 250mg Alpha Pharma
Morning protocol for fasted cardio week 1
5am Hexarelin 100mcg
5:30am mod grf 1-29 100mcg
5:45 am 70min cardio burn 600 calories
6:15am 25g Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate with water only
6:55am end of cardio
7:15am 3 whole eggs with 1 slice of 7g protein cheese and 2 small jalapeño peppers
9:15am yogurt with peanuts, almonds, honey
11am ish Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate 25 g and 25g casin protein with organic whole milk.
2pm ish pre work out meal
yogurt with peanuts, almonds, honey
3pm weight train for 2 hours
5pm post work out meal
Chicken, broccoli, and quinoa (biggest meal of the day)
30mins after the meal igf1 lr3 50mcg. Post workout after and 30mins after dinner
9 pm Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate 25 g and 25g casin protein wwith water
11pm ish Tesamorelin 500mcg right before bed.
After 14 days I may ramp up peptides
In addition to am routine 2nd dosage
Pre work out
Hexarelin 100mcg
Wait 30 mins
mod grf 1-29 100mcg
before bed Tesamorelin 750mcg and work up to 1mg or Possible Tesamorelin 500mcg am fasted cardio and 500mcg bedtime split dosage
