Hi everyone! I'm new and would love some help with my diet for cutting. I've recently lost about 20 pounds due to a divorce (I know, not the healthy way) and since the weight loss I've been working very hard to keep up with the loss and to also gain some muscle mass. I started to gain a lot of mass quickly but now I want to cut.
I'm 5'4, 118lbs and about 18% body fat. Ido 30 min. of cardio a day and weight train 4 days a week. I really only do arms and abs because my legs are looking pretty good from running and I naturally have cut legs. I would love some suggestions on workouts for gluts and back with only using dumbbells. I have 3 young children and work crazy hours so going to the gym isn't an option. I'm horrible with my diet and would love if someone could give me a sample diet plan to get me started. I've been trying to consume about 90g of protein a day but as far as implementing carbs and healthy fat, I'm totally lost.
