NEW 6-mdrol and katanadrol cycle

To start off my current stats are 24 5'9 175lbs 10% bf. Ill be running the new compound 6-mdrol from mrsupps along with katanadrol starting July 1st. This isnt my first cycle but it will be my first log ive ever done so ill try to give the best detail i can. That shouldnt be hard considering ive learned from some of the best on this forum. As for my previous cycles ive have ran three superdrol cycles two of which were beastdrol from mrsupps. One of those cycles included katanadrol along with it and ive also ran katanadrol solo too. My point to all that is that if the new compound 6-mdrol is suppose to be as good as the old beastdrol like mrsupps states then i will have a very good idea to what the gains will be if is is as good as they state.

I have previously went from about 195lbs and 12% bf to 175lbs and around 10% bf since march. This being because i have recently joined the marine corps and leave for boot camp in September and im trying to lean out and keep my strength. So this will be my last cycle before i leave and as to my goals i want to lean out some more and increase my endurance and strength before i leave. So here is the cycle layout so far.

Already started using transaderm at 5 pumps ed about a week and a half ago and will continue throughout the cycle.
1-6 katanadrol 4 caps ed
1-6 transaderm 10 pumps ed
3-6 6-mdrol 4 caps ed(as recommended)
3-6 forma stanzol 5pumps am 5 pumps pm
5-6 n2burn(will continue throughout pct)

Also thought about running gw-50 starting week 3 and running it through pct to help get my endurance up before i leave for boot but im not sure if its a good idea to run during cycle? Whats everyones thoughts?

Might also add in some other test boosters like phytoserms and daa for pct.

I will workout 5-6 days a week and do cardio 4-5 days a week. I will also be participating in PT for the marines twice a week.
Ill be taking in about 2200-2500 cals a day on workout days and 1800-2000 on rest/cardio days.

So there it is. Any input will be greatly appreciated! Im ready to kill this cycle and be in the best possible shape before beginning my journey in the marines. Hope to have plenty of followers on this log! :)

My soul advice is to go in there in shape. Get ur pullups to 20+ dead hangs with little effort, condition ur core- abdominal work, run run run. Strength is important, but conditioning is key. A combination of both is well, tough to beat. Suck down lots of water and get use to it. You need to be able to hustle when everyone else is giving up!!!! There will be no excuses so don't give any, be prepared.

Get ur shit together now and be thankful u did!!

Im going active. 0311b and then some sort of special forces if im qualified. Guess ill see when i get there. And yeah im currently at 28 pull ups, 142 crunches in two minutes, and a 19:03 3 mile. So running is my weakest category right now which is why im gonna take gw-50 to hopefully get under 18 on my 3 mile before boot and then ill have a perfect PFT. I got lucky and have an awesome recruiter who makes sure that im as ready as i could possibly be before it comes time for me to leave and i feel pretty confident that ill be ready. But you cant ever have enough advice to ensure that you will be so thanks! I plan on giving it my all and never giving up!

Speaking as a former army I can say that the absolute most important thing for the military is endurance. I had good endurance and outstanding strength. By the end of training my strength was way down and endurance was sky high. Strength definitely plays a crucial role but the emphasis needs to be on endurance overall. You need working strength over absolute strength. You won't be dead lifting any 500lb things once, you'll be carrying 60-100lb packs for 10+ hours. So I think the gw would be a great addition to this. Just remember your mind is what will make or break you. If you refuse to fail then you won't. Never allow weakness to enter your mind.

This is the exact reason i planned on running gw. Its a perfect match for the goals im looking for. And thats been my mindset since the first time i picked up a weight. To never give up and push my body to the limit!

Nice so ill be giving you a good look into the future then. And cause im running 6 weeks of katana and 4 weeks of 6-mdrol. That way they end at the same time.

Got anxious and started my cycle today instead of tomorrow. Took 2 caps of katana at 6 in the morning and it gave me a pretty good energy boost from the caffeine in it. I wasnt as tired as i usually am in the mornings. Took my second dose at 2 before i lifted and i decided not to take a pre workout just to see how much energy id get from it in the gym. And i had no problem doing the weight that i normally do with a pre workout suprisingly. I was even a little sore from a two day mini boot camp thing i had for the marines this weekend and still managed to push through my workout. So either katana gives me enough energy or it was just the placebo effect of me being excited to start a new cycle and i just wanted to kill the weights. Who knows. I think im gonna continue to not use a pre workout and see if i even need one while running katana. I did arms abs and cardio today and let me tell you the pump was pretty insane in my arms. And i stayed pumped all through the night. I felt like i looked more vascular in my forearms and my inner bicep viens were bulging out before i even started lifting which they dont normally do. So that was kind of an ego boost. I ran 3.5 miles on a mild incline and walked the stair stepper for a half hour for cardio and did it fairly easily to. Other than that i didnt really notice anything differnt. I weighed in at 173.4lbs for my starting weight today. Consumed a total of about 2100 cal a little less than what i wanted but thats alright. I have legs tomorrow and i cant wait to kill it some more! Bring on this cycle! :)

Day 2
Katana is definitely helping me get up and go in the morning which is a nice plus! Its like a cup of coffee. Woke up at 4:30 and took my first dose and went for a nice 3 mile run before work. Took my second dose at 5. Had a nice leg workout yesterday. Walked on the treadmill for a warm up and my calves got a pump from hell. I only did 5 sets of seated calf raises cause the pump was so insane and i felt like the mind muscle connection was really there. I was super focused. Then killed my quads and hamstrings. Followed that with 45 min on the stair stepper. Suprisingly i went up on most of my lifts by about 5lbs and i havent worked legs the past two weeks cause i was on vacation. But im not gonna credit it to the katanadrol just yet. Its probably from the transaderm. I was right though about the pre workout. Im probably not gonna need one while using katana. Ill see how it goes. Ive also noticed an increase in my appetite the past two days. Cant seem to ever satify my hunger. But i dont ever really get a craving for bad food so thats good. Took in aprox. 2400 cal so im on track there. Ive got back cardio and abs today. Cant wait to kill it!

Day 3
Did back abs and some cardio. Didnt have the beat workout cause i had a long day at work but i still gave max effort. Got a pretty nice pump and had some veins popping out of my lats. Also went up by one on my max pull ups. Im down in weight yesterday about a pound. Ill see today if i still am. Took in 2700 cal which is a little more than maintenance but i just couldnt seem to satify my hunger yesterday. Dont know what that was all about. On a side note ive also noticed that ive been sleeping really well and having lucid dreams since i started my cycle. Ive got Pt today so i wont be lifting.

Day 4
It was my off day for weights. Just went for a nice 4 mile ru n and went to pt. Noticed i have some extra drive when important doing cardio. I dont get tired as easy. Pt seemed to be easier than it normally is. Also still noticing that im getting great sleep every night and waking up refreshed. Ive also had an increase in my libido which tge girlfriend loves haha. Took in about 1950 cal which is what i wanted on rest days. Important down a little over a pound and important starting to look more vascular in my arms. Almost looks like i stay pumped all day long. So far im loving every second of this cycle! And it hasnt even been a week yet! I was suppose to have chest today but my gym is closed because of the fourth so ill be doing that tomorrow instead.
 
Well i havent started the 6-mdrol yet so i dont really know. I start it when important two weeks into the katanadrol. So ill be able to tell you then. All i know is i canter wait to start it and see the results!
 
Day 5
Still dosing my katana at 4 caps everyday along side trasaderm. Ive noticed a slight increase in strength, and a better sense of well being. Ive been sleeping better for some reason so i wake up refreshed and just feel great all day. I have that alpha male feeling and just walk around with complete confidence. Im down about 1.5 lbs and ive noticed a slight increase in vascularity and i appear to be looking a little dryer in the mirror. My nipples have always been a little puffy for the past couple years. Nothing to bad to where it has caused a problem so ive never really tried to get rid of it. You really canter even tell. But since ive started taking katanadrol ive noticed that the puffieness is literally non existent. Um sure its because of its non estrogenic effects it has. So all in all i am very pleased with all the results important already seeing and its only day 5! Ive taken in about 1900 cal so far today and important planning on adding a little more since its the fourth. Probably gonna make myself a nice juicy steak and light off some fireworks! Happy fourth everybody! Celebrate for the best country in the world! 'merica!!!

i agree, nothing i have used in my life, has increased my endurance as much as gw from sarmssearch has.Not selling any false hopes here either.

I didn't see you mention a cycle support? A few logs on the new Mdrol were stopped short because of the sides I would look into n2guard before you start up the Mdrol man
 
Ive been really busy lately so sorry i havent updated my log. The cycle is still going great! Im getting more and more shredded and setting PRs on almost all my lifts. Ive actually gained about two lbs since i last updated but i know im losing fat so im not to worried. So far the ive had a decent increase in strength. About 10 lbs on most lifts. Ive gotten an increase in libido and stamina. My cardio seems to get easier and easier everyday, i just cant wait to start taking gw to see how well it increases. My appetite is still going strong but it is also easier to stick to my diet. And i am still continuing to get excellent sleep which is wierd cause ive never experienced that before when ive done a katana cycle so who knows but im not complaining. My vascularity is starting to get freaky. Im seeing new veins almost everyday it seems like. I have seen a little increase in my acne but im really prone to it so im not to worried about it. Just use some n2clear and im gtg. All in all im very pleased so far and i havent even started taking 6-mdrol yet so i cant wait to see what it brings to the table.

As far as the cycle support goes i have a bottle of n2guard on hand just in case. But i thought that 6-mdrol was suppose to have little to no sides? What were people experiencing?

Day 8
Didnt lift cause i went boating with the girlfriend but i had an intense pt/cardio session.

Day 9
Pulled a double and did legs and arms since i skipped Sunday. The pump i had in my arms was even more intense than last weeks. I could barely move my arms by the time i was done. My leg workout was awesome to. I went up 10lbs on my squats and dead lift. Followed by a full hour of cardio and then a nice 3.5 mile night run. Took in about 2800 cal wich is a little more than normal but since i pulled a double i figured it wouldnt hurt.

Day 10
Did back and i was very impressed. I did a set of max pull ups to see how many i could get and suprisingly i did 3 more than i normally do. So now im at 31 total. I dont know if i was just having a good day or what but i love it! Did 5 sets of 10 after that and started my workout. Had a really good workout and noticed my back is getting pretty lean and im getting veins in my lats.
Took in about 2450 cal with close to 400g of protien so it was a good day.

Day 11
Didnt workout cause i went to pt. Had a pretty intense workout there and went for 5 mile run after with my recruiter. Finished off the day with 2000 cal.

Day 12
Did chest today and i killed it! This was by far one of the best workouts ive had for awhile. Dont know what it was but no matter what i put on for weight i was putting it up. Had a huge pump to! Looked like i had an Arnold chest! Haha did a super set of push ups and dips at the end of my workout and my chest was so pumped that i could barely touch my hands together. Took in about 2300 cal.
 
31 pull ups is awesome man good job!

When you say you have n2guard on hand, are you not taking a liver supp right now? Because you should be man just caz it is non methylated doesn't mean it won't damage your organs
 
My bad i guess that does come off wrong. I should of said that i have n2guard and im using it. No need to do any damage. But do you know what kind of sides people were getting from the 6-mdrol?
 
Well it is new but I seem two logs from it one is still going on and the other stopped short because of high blood pressure but he wasn't using any liver support..
 
I can't wait to see how much you like the SARMs. I guess you are only going with the one for endurance, but Osta+S4 = Build Muscle/Shred Fat/Gain Strength all at the same time. I love it so much, I ordered the newest kind for my rats. I mean, jesus, I love SARMs.
 
Had a really busy week at work so i havent been able to keep everyone updated but next week will be better. RickRock how far along are you into your 6-mdrol cycle and at what dosage? I just started mine today so im excited to see what it brings. Freakshow im excited to start my SARM to. I just started my gw today. I might add in some osta but im not sure yet.

Day 13
Did shoulders and added in some upper back and taps cause i was feeling good. I did a nice fast paced shoulder workout with high reps to get a nice pump and i felt it let me tell you. Ive noticed my shoulders and traps are getting some nice size to them and are looking more full. Getting some nice spider web veins in my front delts that run through my traps. Definitely getting to the good part of this cycle when it comes to gains. Im loving every second of it! Took in 2500 cal.

Day 14
Went and did a nice weekend PT with some other marine recruits and slayed our boddies. Then went and did 45min of cardio on the treadmill. Like i said previously my cardio is getting better and better everyday and i just started my gw so i cant even imagine what its gonna be like in a couple of weeks. Im looking forward to it!

Day 15
Its time for what you all have been waiting for! I started running my 6-mdrol today. Ill be dosing it one pill in the morning with my katana and one pill at night with katana. These next couple weeks are gonna be awesome i just know it! I also started taking my gw and forma. Ill be running gw at 20mg ED. Bring on the endurance! :) ive got arms today. Sunday gun day! Getting ready as im typing this so ill be aure to update when im done.
 
Looking good Bro. Congrat's on Joining the Corps. I'm retired from the Army and currently doing security contracting.

The one question I have is are you using ANYTHING else, Pre- Peri- or Post Workout drinks, Vitamins, Fishoils, or other supps? If so what are they?

So ive had a pretty rough week. Got the worst news possible that i will be leaving Monday for boot camp now. I explained to my recruiter that i was taking steroids and that i couldnt go yet cause i wont have time to do pct before i leave but he said there is nothing they can do to change my date so im forced to quit cold turkey. I tried to explain the importance of pct and that im now gonna feel like shit at boot camp and it could ultimately fuck my natural test for life but he doesnt understand steroids and thinks that i will be fine. Ugh! Im so pissed! I was just getting to the good part of my cycle. I have stopped taking my cycle and started taking my pct for as long as i could before i leave but i know its not gonna really make any difference. Im scared of what might happen.. Does anybody have any suggestions to what i should do?

Youll be fine. Youre young.. I might get some flame for this, but most of these "horror stories" are just made to push the pct products. Trust me your hpta will restart no biggie.
