Coming from the obviously vintage line of thought that "carbs are carbs", I'm having trouble understaning what net carbs and impact carbs are and how they apply to my diet.
Obviously the net/impact carbs are tantalizingly lower... but do they have an effect on my ratios if I use them, and if so - how do I make use of them effectively?
