This is sort of a variation that Arnold did for his calves. He also stated that because you use Type II muscles every day, you must use HEAVY weight with HIGH reps. I tried this routine that Nelson or Hairloss or whoever should get credit for posting it and I finally am sore too. I hope my calves start growing now, then I'll be totally fired up.
