Can someone please give me (Karma to you!!) the URL of the thread. I printed it the other week, now I lost it, and can't find the thread in the midst of the several hundred posts since then.

I just posted it about 10 days ago. Do a search under my name and you should get the thread titled," I can't walk..no joke"

Its the one I read in musclemag, but from the responses I got, i think it is in his new e-book .

I just did his routine on sunday...still walking like a gimp.
 
I have always done olyimpic lifts that hit my calves and then for direct work I do 3 way drop sets with extremely full rom so like 10,10,10 drop weight 8,8,8 drop weight 6,6,6....inner outer regular, rotate
 
yup, 100 reps is a must for me.
 
WHOA!!! I did the 100 reps yesterday OUCH my calves are killin me finally a routine that gets the calves sore and makes ya feel like yoou actually did something
 
Gonna try this tonight.

Whats the best exerise to do this with? Standing raises, seated raises, or donkey raises?
 
This is sort of a variation that Arnold did for his calves. He also stated that because you use Type II muscles every day, you must use HEAVY weight with HIGH reps. I tried this routine that Nelson or Hairloss or whoever should get credit for posting it and I finally am sore too. I hope my calves start growing now, then I'll be totally fired up.
 
Damn my calves have gotten more sore thru the day I am walkin like I have jello legs what a routine jeees.
