Hi people, I'm new here and a newbe... this site rocks!!!!!!
can anyone here give me the lowdown the Nelson Montana e-book the bodybuilding truth?? I must say that it has caught my eye. I've picked up many books in the past and allot them have some good info in them but still lack something. I guess I'm on a fishing trip here looking for what will work for me. I am wanting to get in shape as I am 40 now and have really let myself go to shit!!!!!!!!!!(no, you don't want to see a pic of me! LOL)
Now as much as I would like to be a muscle monster I just don't have the money for it, other money sucking hobbies are eatting my cash.
So from what I see in the ad for Nelson's book it looks like it might hold water. comments anyone
Thanks

Visit your local library. Start with your diet, you can work out all you want but if the diet isn't in order, it's not going to help much. There was a men's health book out there called "testosterone advantage" or something like that that was decent. The meal plans were kind of a bit flaky but the basics were there as best as I remember. Other than more books at the library, read as much as you can here, it's a great source of info! Don't waste the money on nelson's e-book when you can get it all for free :)

Thanks Brandonxj, Its been awhile since I hit the library thats a good idea.
I guess I'm no different then anyone else who is just starting, alway looking for the fast route when we know there isn't one LOL!!!
I have been on this site for a few weeks now and I think I am legally blind from all the reading. this is a great site.. I have noticed one thing, the Nelson Montana subject is kind of a touchy one at times.. why is that?? I mean I know that the basics of the body are the same for everyone, and at the same time we are all a little different in how each of our bodies respond to a workout or supplements or whatever. I haven't read Nelsons books but its seems that he has found what his body response to. So he shares it with others and it seems that he takes a little flack over it. anyway thanks for the reply

Hey there

Personally I wouldn't spend money on it because you can get all the information you need for free on this site. Not to mention nelson has posted a few of his ideas from the book on his board.

Nelson taking flack? haha, yea he does.....mostly because he was known for whoring out his products every chance he could get (zip, unleashed, etc.) but he has toned it down some now (plus he has his own board on here). He has a lot of knowledge
