My friends I have moved my servers (yes again) and upgraded to a brand new super server that is 100% dedicated to only my site I share this server with no one now...
Of course it iss going to take time before this populates through the internet for people. I do not even have access to my own site right now lmao..
Remeber to clear you catche often . When on the page that you want to be ntbm press crtl f5 this also clears things.
If the above does not work then go down to start and left click>then type run>enter>type CMD> enter> type ping then space hen needtobuildmuscle.com >then entire
The above will do a ping on the server to see if its populated in your area yet. If the ping fails then that i your problem..
