Needto and Dylan: Aicar?

Did I say there was a problem with it?

I was just saying its not as if hes asking personal info; he asked a general question that probably half the members here could have answered. If you want 60 views with no replies then addressing specific members is fine.

And notjake - my mistake, thought you said alcar.

I would never talk down to a member unless he was a real dick or years ago when I was a dick. However , And you know I love you bro.. But this could have been why!:rose:

Even so, you can search AICAR and find plenty of logs of people who have taken GW and AICAR together.

I'm trying to figure if I should bother with AICAR. I'm running Osta and soon GW. I train 3-4 or more hours a day of cardio with some physical therapy oriented lifting integrated. No heavy strength training is possible for this cycle. Just squats and hip work. On top of the cardio I'm rehabbing an injury and spend an additional 1-2 hours every day doing light stretching and bodyweight therapy work. Endurance and strength development in injured tissues without compromising health are my motives. Recovery is very important. Additional cardio benefits are gravy.

Anyone think it'd be worth it to add AICAR to my cycle? Any real risks?

On another topic, how about HGH? I'm 25.

NO on hgh... wait until your 30...

i use albuterol with sarms instead of aicar... if your competing for a serious endurance competition then definitely run aicar but if not then i don't see the need...

Thanks. I can wait, and I'm not competing. Albuterol seems like the superior replacement for ephedrine hcl, which I've found decreases my performance along with every other stimulant I've used.

Keep that triple stack going strong man!

I would run some tb500 man. Helps with rehab of injuries. Some people say just like hgh would. Just food for thought and its believed to help endurance to.

I hadn't heard of that compound. Thanks for the rec. I'm open to anything now

I just got the news that my cervical Mri was good, so I factually know my neck, traps, upper back area are suffering from deep soft tissue injury.
My lower back is also injured, likely a disc issue or pinched nerve in the lower right.

I've been injured for 12 months since a truck smashed my jeep and I would say I've recovered 90%+ of my neck mobility, with maybe a 50% decrease in overall pain. My lower back has made no significant progress but the neck, traps are a lot more problematic day to day at this point. The low back is just very tight and hurts to stretch, symptoms are worse in the morning and squatting, romanian deadlifts exacerbates the soreness and tightness despite all efforts. No MRI there yet.

The good news is I got prescribed for a second run of physical therapy, this time focusing on the lower back. I continue to do light stretching and endurance based strength training work daily for my neck rehab

I've still been forced to quit grappling and heavy lifting with enormous consequences on my physicality. Awful experience!

I'm willing to do whatever it takes at this point. Any drug or cycle recommendations for me would be very much appreciated.

I've seen you both post reference to Aicar and the positive/synergystic effects studies have shown it to have when taken together with GW (needto in the official blog and dylan in his SARMs thread). However, I never see it recommended to people taking GW.

Why? What's the deal with Aicar?

this is why.. check out the studies on mice below

In 2008, researchers at the Salk Institute discovered that AICAR injected in experimental mice significantly improves their performance in endurance-type exercise, apparently by converting fast-twitch muscle fibers to the more energy-efficient, fat-burning, slow-twitch type. They also looked at the administration of GW 501516 (also called GW1516) in combination with AICAR. Given to mice that did not exercise, this combination activated 40% of the genes that were turned on when mice were given GW1516 and made to exercise. This suggests it may be possible to obtain some of the benefits of exercising without actually exercising.
