Its a post work out drink


Its like a super protein drink with tons of aminos and stuff to recover your muscles right after a workout.

Per serving its got like:

41G of Amino acids, 35G of protein isolate, 22G of carbs, 3G of creatine, 8G of glutamine.

Its is meant to "replenish" your muscle right after an intense workout. It should aid in recovery and muscle building.

Great product.
