Hi I'm new here. I just came back from the docs office. I have had really bad pain in both my shoulder for a few years now. Turn out it tendonitis in both shoulder. He said just don't strain them for a few months and I should be fine. I'm a construction worker so good luck with that. So he suggested that I should try to build up my upper body. I have never been able to gain much weight. Im 6-2 and have all ways been around185. The most I have ever been able to get to is 190. That was eating like a horse for 6 months. So I've been looking into doing a couple cycles to build my self up. Hoping that is will be a little easier to maintain once I'm their. Thinking of this or is it two much for me. Not looking to go crazy 195 200.

Testosterone Enanthate

Dianabol

Deca

I'm not to sure of dosing or time frames for taking these. If someone can help point me in the right direction I would be very great full. One other thing where would be the best place to offer from. I live in Canada. Thank for any help.

I've been through this myself. I had surgery to clean it out. I know you might not want to hear it but no AAS. Many on here talked me out of it and I'm glad. Go with a SARM like ostra. I used it during rehab and had an amazing recovery.

Yeah just finished about 4 hours of reading. Looks good. I might order some up. I few question for you tho. Is their anything else I could use to bulk up a bit first. Or pair up with it. I'm already on the lean side of things. I use whey and creatine. But not to much gain. Thanks

With pre existing problems I do not recommend using AAS bro. That's just going to exacerbate the problems you're having.

What's your workout history?

Nothing two crazy. I do my best to make it 4 days week.one day lower, next time upper with cardio. Repeat, repeat. Lol with a few three day weeks in their. And here's my view on it. I can't afford to take time off from work, witch is causing the problem in the first place. So I'm causing even more damage as we speak. Now if I can put more muscle on it will cause less damage because I will not be straining my body as hard. Even my doc agrees with me on this. But he will have no part of any discussion on stuff of this nature. Bit of a prud, whatever to each his own. This is my two ¢. Short term pain for long term gain.

your main problem is you have no consistency working out and from the sounds of it, you have no clue what your doing in there... bro, go post your workout and diet in the proper forums and get the help you need... you are under the impression your going to just start taking shit and magic is going to happen and you will put on size... even if you do, your going to lose it because you have no consistency or knowledge of what your doing...

Your workout program is not a good one man. Also with an injury you're not gonna be putting on more muscle mass without hurting yourself even more as to why I said you're just exacerbating the problem. AAS is not a solution to pain it's a way to break through Plateaus and go beyond your genetic potential.

My advice is seek a personal trainer and get lifting the right way and build a strong base. Injuries are a hard thing to build on and it's gonna be a slow recovery.

I don't see how you're going to build up your upper body without putting extra strain on your shoulders, if you've got a physical job then spending your spare time lifting heavy weights with the expectation it will help matters doesn't seem realistic.... In any case, steroids are for commited athletes taking things to the next level, I think you'd be much better off talking to a physiotherapist ...

if steroids were magic pills that cured this type of thing then everyone on here would be completely healthy. thats bullshit. all of us have some types of medical issues going on.

your doctor is a buffoon.. so pretty much he is saying to start lifting weights to build up your upper body.. ummm... that will only make your problem worse. and covering it up with drugs will make it worse too.

you got your problem from construction work. so you need to cut that out for a while .. you simply over did it and over strained your shoulders. talk to your boss about doing some office work for a while or cut way down on your hours. otherwise you will end up getting worse and worse. yes you can't gain mass, that is cause you are out there doing manual labor and sweating and burning off everything all day. at the very least stop overworking your shoulders so much.

and again your doctor is a fucking idiot. he should of explained to you WHY and WHAT tendonitis is. that is your body trying to repair an injury or overworked part of the body. thats all. so you should listen to your body and just stop to give your body a chance to rest. i hope this idiot didn't give you anti-inflammatories..

a smart person notices tendonitis and backs off. for example one time i did 12 sets of pullups in 1 session. i started to get tendonitis in my elbows. this was a signal to stop going so much so i backed off to 4 sets instead and it went away. a stupid person takes anti-inflammatories and then goes back in there and does another 12 sets. hope i am making sense to you

OP, I also had this diagnosis in my shoulders several years ago. Like the other guys said, steroids obviously isn't the answer and you need to back off from shoulder strain as much as possible. My job is also very physical so all you can do is use caution every time you're in a situation that you might strain the shoulders. The pain did eventually go away after backing off, and now I lift with great intensity 5 days a week with no pain. Patience is key
