hey guys , i havent been to the gym in a while like 2 years and put alot of fat on im at 280 and 25%-30% fat, before i let myself go i used to be in good shape and at 230lbs, so one of my friends who is still in the bodybuilding seen put this diet together for me and i wanted to know what you guys think ,its called the isocaloric diet told me to get 2800 calories and get 33% from carbs 33%from protein, and 33% from fat,i really need to drop this fat off of me any suggestions or comments on this diet, and also should i stick to cardio just or also incorporate weight training also thanks j
