If you're not gaining then your input numbers are wrong. I'd guess you didn't count what you was eating before right (in other words you was already close to 4000).

Consider switching to LGD and YK11, at 10mgs each daily, plus your diet should be high on protein

You are a young dude with a high metabolism. Just focus on establishing the right habits now and the gains will come over time.
