Crimson if it was that simple to put 65lb on our benches we would all be doing it. You just have to suck it up and put the time in. Rome wasn't built in a day and all that. And you want to do it whilst drop fat really quickly?
I wish you luck......and I hope you get what you want but your targets look like long term not short term targets to me.
Well Best of Luck to you, especially considered these are rather conflicting goals.. But I would never say its not possible... Just make sure to tell us in detail how you did it if all goes to plan...
