Need to avoid acne. suggestions?

I'm starting my second cycle and I want to avoid that damn post cycle acne. Help me out Bro's!

nizoral shampoo 2% if you can get it 1% if not. and use it on your acne spots

medicated talc containing salycylic acid

oxy10 or other benzoil peroxide product

cut down on oils in diet

light tanning
