Going to train after not training for a long time.Got some problems with money, so I can't get all the supps I wouldlike to get. Will I still get results just by working out? Is itworth working out without supps?

a lot of factors determine how successful you are. genetics is important. the answer is absolutely YES. you can workout with no supplements and get results. hell in high school i grew up in an inner city school and none of us took supplements who played football or weight lifted and we still improved by simply putting in the work

having said that a very cheap option for you is creatine. it only costs $15 from n2bm. it will help you with recovery

Creatine would be the go-to supplement. First of all, it is one of the few supplements that give noticeable results. Secondly, it is very cheap. Thirdly, protein is also an effective supplement, but you can replace it with proper nutrition. So creatine is the way to go. The one recommended by @stevesmi is really great.

There are a couple in expensive supplements that I take year round and recommend to all my clients
1. Fish/krill oil
2. A good quality multivitamin
3. A high quality whey isolate powder
4. digestive health supplements - greens powder, psyllium husk, probiotics and digestive enzymes

The most important supplements are fish oil and a good quality multi vitamin.

The biggest thing to look for when shopping for a multivitamin is what form the minerals are in. Most supplement companies use mineral oxides in their multi vitamin products because they are cheap. The problem with that is they only have a 2-4% absorption rate. Take magnesium or zinc as an example. Most multivitamins will have the forms of 'magnesium oxide and zinc oxide' listed.

What you want are amino acid chelates. You want to see 'magnesium amino acid chelate and zinc amino acid chelate'.

Check ruthless 3d from n2bm.com. It only contains amino acid chelated minerals. It also has higher dosages of B vitamins, vitamin C and vitamin E. It was formulated with the hard training athlete in mind.

Of course you can make gains without supplements!

All you need is clean whole foods and a good training program. No matter if you take steroids, SARMs, supplements, etc......the main factors for results will always be training and diet.
