need some workout help

Hi there iv been training a couple of weeks iv got natural strength but im a skinny guy and want to put on some muscle iv only got dumbbels to work. With so has anyone got a dumbbell routine for me ttheres so many out there i dont no which to follow any help will be great thanks :)

Do you have a bench to work off of. And is it possible for u to hang a pull-up bar? Say in the basement or garage.

Solid dumbbells or interchangeable? What is the range of weight that can be used?
 
No i dont have a bench or pull up bar and the max i got is 15 but im gonna get somemore as u can add plates to it i just need a simple begginers workout to train my full body if u have a routine plz tell me
 
No disrespect, but ur better off just doing pushups supersetted with dumbbell curls.

You can get away with that kind of weight for say front, side, and rear delt work. Isolated tricep work at best.

Honestly do not have a beginners workout for u.

Best to follow a plan that u google which explains ur situation. No weight and no equipment.

So i should do pushups till i cant do no more than do bicep curls and what exercises r for side front and rear delts ?
