Need Some Serious Help And Advice!!

Just a little background..
Im 5'10, weight 209, BF%12 and i go to the gym everyday with a one day break here and there.
I take lifting pretty fucking serious and im just tryna get bigger.

So heres the deal a friend of mines gave me some Test Prop, Test E, and Dbol to take and said how much he thinks i should take and something else to keep my blood pressure down during my cycle and said to call him after im done for PCT. Thats not very good advice for me to take and run with and so im here looking for the best knowledge there is and help. i did my research on it and learned a few things but im looking for things to back that up and a few other good ideas that also work SO PLEASE let me know because im not going in blind and here seems like a good place to get light

Eat more brother. I am a couple of lbs lighter than you and eat 4000 per day. I'd guess 3000 to be close to your maintenance, especially if you do any cardio at all (in gym or out of gym, like sports, bikeriding, etc).

yea tru but i dont do any type of cardio anymore besides like a 5 mins bike or jog to warm up thats about it...but i can try to push up to 4000
 
Kudos for not just taking your friend's advice as gospel and seeking out additional information. You are already ahead of most folks when it comes to AAS use just by doing that. That being said, you have much to still consider and learn about:

At 22 years old, make damn sure you get your PCT right. You should be able to recover well at such a young age, but skipping PCT or doing a crappy and lazy PCT can screw you up big time, and permanently damage your ability to naturally produce T.

Test E and Dbol seems like a pretty good combo for a first cycle, I'd skip the prop for now. (this is your first cycle, right?).

You'll get varying opinions on the doses but if it was me I'd go:

1-12 Test E 500 mg per week
1-6 Dbol 25-50 mg per day (depending on quality of the dbol you have)

This is basically what I ran for my first cycle when I was about your age and it was spectacular.

Read up on support supps - as there are a lot of them out there...at a minimum, you'll want something like N2guard or Cycle Assist while on the Dbol to protect your organs and BP.

Read up on PCT, as I am not going to touch it since I don't really agree with the default EF recommendation for PCT. THere are different options out there - research them all and figure out which route you want to take, SERM, Natty boosters, or both. Whatever you choose, make sure you have it figured out and IN HAND before you start your cycle.

This is your first cycle - make sure you do it right. YOu will never ever ever EVER be able to get the kind of gains with the same doses and relative ease that you will get from your first. Everyone remembers their first :)
 
I'm just weighing in here (pun?), that you are in no way ready to cycle anything. You are pumping enough natural Test in your system right now to more than hit your goals with strict exercise and diet. If you cycle now you could ruin this chance, your sex life, and your health over all.
