i am new to this site and weightlifting i have been looking for a legitimate source for some aas i have had a little experience with eq and test but basicilly am a newbie looking to build some muscle i havent filled my profile yet but will do so soon i am 38 years old 5 foot 10 190 lbs not a lot of fat looking to get to about 200 to 210 lbs of muscle hope fully my lack of experience and knowledge doesnt get me blasted right now any positive input and guidance would help i posted this in 2 places not sure which is the most appropriate
