Need some help with NTBM

My wife took advantage of the sale last week for N2 flame. She ordered 5 at $19 each. We only received 1 but her online receipt says the order shipped complete. I am guessing it was just an oversight. She has emailed them about it but hasn't got a response yet. If anyone here can assist me i would appreciate it.

Thanks. Will try that. Have left a message yesterday along with a couple emails. The part I don't get is the confirmation receipt says shipped complete.

We buy $100-$200 worth of supplements a month from them so I have been very happy with them for years. This is my first issue with them in 6+ years so I am sure it was an oversight and will get squared away.
 
Still haven't gotten a response to my phone call or emails. Getting a bit frustrated....

If anyone knows them personally would appreciate any help.
 
It is not uncommon for orders to ship in more than one shipment, even though it may say "order complete". So it's possible the rest are still in transit. It happens sometimes with my orders.

With that said, I have a direct way to contact customer support for NTBM, so if you have your order info please PM it to me and I will look into getting this fixed for you.
 
that happened to me once, it was quickly taken care of.
