My friend is taking a trip to vancouver and Ive heard that gear is pretty easy to obtain there. He was curious how he would go about getting some gear in that area

Its just as hard to obtain as in any place in Canada or US.

Anabolic steriods in Canada = Schedule IV

which means, cannot buy sell import export etc etc. ... cannot possess large amounts...

but no penalty for possession of personal quantities. With a well-informed lawyer, any charge for this should get thrown right out of court.
