I know you were fishing around earlier for some goals to maybe help frame what you want to do going forward & maybe you werent' really into the 'hard core strict dieting' thing right now. Maybe just for an exercise, take a look at what you are eating & when you eat over the course of the next few days, put it into fitday.com or something to track roughly your calories & the macro-nutrient breakdown in case there are some glaring bad habits like oh, maybe 2 bags of Kit Kat Bites / nite (that was me 4 months ago...) and cut those out. If you find you do somethign liek that when you get home from work or when you feel a certain way, make a concerted effort to quit that behavior.
Does it help to think in terms of some vacation or sport or something you want to do this summer that you can start preparing for now? Something that might get you interested in soem different types of training or activity to keep you occupied. Here's my big example - aside from my whole diet / training journal thingy, my chiro said I can't do any of the heavy leg / back day stuff any more which sucks because I was really interested in rejuvenating my PL training I started last summer. Well, shit. So what do I do? I replaced all my heavy squats / deads / /leg press stuff w/ lunges, step ups, lighter squats & sissy squats and will be adding some "stadiums" (running up & down stairs). And I've been burnign the crap out of my legs on leg day now - so I want to see if that will get me some better development, not to mention soem aerobic fat burning.
