I have a girl friend who is in pretty good shape but has some stubborn hip fat she wants to lose. She works out 5 days a week and is looking to take a fat burner. She is considering Clen. Is that what you would suggest? If not what would you suggest?
"Stubborn hip fat" - first we all suffer from it - its estrogen-based. If she wants to get ahead of nature, takes a little more than just "working out" and "in pretty good shape" -- would suggest first takign a look at her diet & training - tweaking these can get better, more maintainable results as they are part of a lifestyle change. Clen is just another supp that doesn't really do much if your diet & trainign aren't optimized.
I frame this in the sense that if she's willing to pursue a controlled substance and have you do her research for her, she should be willing to review her diet & training to optimize it a little better if she honestly wants to get better results. No quickie fixes.
