hey my name is CJ, and about two days ago i bought some hydroxycut. i heard how good it works. but i wasnt going to use it until i came across a message boards for bodybuilding and fitness. so here are some questions.
i know that you have to intake some foods with protein. how much grams of protein do i have to take so i dont lose the muscle mass that i already have and how much time should i give myself to eat the protein food before i work out. i want to work the hardest i have ever worked out cos i want to look good in summer 2002.
I also have another question. since i am not able to have access to a bench press, what work outs are good while i am on hydroxycut to enhance my workouts. i also run, but i was told by a woman at GNC that running too much may not be good.
and one last question. it says on the bottle that in week 1 you are supposed to take 2 pills, twice a day. does that mean i am supposed to work out two times a day. i dont know. i have worked out for two years but never been on hydroxycut.
so if anyone of you who is real knowleable and knows what they are talking about and has had history of working out, give me your feedback. it would be greatly appreciated. i would like advice from you all to help me to get to where i want to be.
