Need Smaller Build

Need Advice (post #1)

I am currently a 20 year old college student. I have been lifting hardcore since the age of 13, eventually getting my bench press up to 455 my senior year of highschool at 5'11 205 with 10% BFat, never taking creatine or steroids.

I am naturally fat, and always have to diet and workout to stay even semi-lean. IF I break my diet for a couple weeks my normal weight is 230.

In the last couple years I joined the Marine Corps Officer program, and since then have worked hard to change my body into a much slimmer and leaner build, emphasizing running and high-rep less rest in between sets, and isolated movements, and not worrying about strength or weights.

My problem is that regardless of how hard I try I can't get a "smaller" build. When dieting vigorously the lowest my weight ever gets is 195 and I still look huge.

My usual diet has always been atkins, with almost no carbs and high protein, but I have recently resorted to even cutting out a lot of protein and sticking to salad, and it still hasn't shown the kind of results I am looking for.

I took one six week cycle of clenbuterol and deca a year ago (making me "ripped" but my build was just as big, I regret taking the deca) and just started another clenbuterol cycle this week. I NEED A CYCLE THAT ACTUALLY MAKES ME LOSE WEIGHT, AND CAN HELP FOR A SMALLER BUILD, STRENGTH OR SIZE IS OF NO CONCERN TO ME. I've heard that winny would work but I am afraid that would also make me bigger.

Basically I am willing to do anything to get down to my ideal build, 5'11 180 and cut as fuck, so I am asking for any advice whether it is cycles, supplements, diet, or workout.

MY biggest problem has been my lovehandles, and overall body width. Even when I have a sixpack and am lean I never have that slim waist V-shape look, I still look really wide and fat with normal clothes on. I have yet to see a program or workout that has aided in losing my lovehandles or overall thinned out my build.

Pretty much I am trying to switch from a college football linebacker build, to more of an athletic cornerback or basketball player look.

I am new to this board and all help/advice is appreciated.

stop eating.... or get addicted to cocaine for a a couple months.... lol just kidding bro..... i don't hear to many people around here that want to loose size

is it extra fat around your middle you want to lose or excess skin?

hey bro
switch to lots of cardio
tone down the lifting
just trim down an build speed
do wind sprints
speed bag and lots of skipping rope
build endurance and speed
the excess weight will drop

in the pros if you are fast enough the extra weight helps with the big receivers esp tight ends

Hmmm First someone trying to add sodium to their diet, now someone trying to get smaller. Any college students want advice on how to lower their GPA while we're at it? Anyway, Sam, depending upon how small you want to get, there are several things you can do. To start with, I'd follow more of a runner's program, meaning running for one, with an emphasis on whatever distance you can manage (going slowly if need be). For diet, I'd go with something more carb-based (again, more of a runner's diet) maybe 50% carb, 30 pro and 20 fat. To just get CUT, I would ignore everything I just said and maybe do HIIT a few times a week. And no alcohol if you drink.

Are your love handles due to estrogen related fat pockets? If so you might want to look into Yohimburn DF or maybe an anti E to help aid in cutting. I am about to start taking Glucorell R, Nolvadex, Clenbuterol, and Y-Burn DF to help with my estro fat and natural gyno.
