Need Advice (post #1)
I am currently a 20 year old college student. I have been lifting hardcore since the age of 13, eventually getting my bench press up to 455 my senior year of highschool at 5'11 205 with 10% BFat, never taking creatine or steroids.
I am naturally fat, and always have to diet and workout to stay even semi-lean. IF I break my diet for a couple weeks my normal weight is 230.
In the last couple years I joined the Marine Corps Officer program, and since then have worked hard to change my body into a much slimmer and leaner build, emphasizing running and high-rep less rest in between sets, and isolated movements, and not worrying about strength or weights.
My problem is that regardless of how hard I try I can't get a "smaller" build. When dieting vigorously the lowest my weight ever gets is 195 and I still look huge.
My usual diet has always been atkins, with almost no carbs and high protein, but I have recently resorted to even cutting out a lot of protein and sticking to salad, and it still hasn't shown the kind of results I am looking for.
I took one six week cycle of clenbuterol and deca a year ago (making me "ripped" but my build was just as big, I regret taking the deca) and just started another clenbuterol cycle this week. I NEED A CYCLE THAT ACTUALLY MAKES ME LOSE WEIGHT, AND CAN HELP FOR A SMALLER BUILD, STRENGTH OR SIZE IS OF NO CONCERN TO ME. I've heard that winny would work but I am afraid that would also make me bigger.
Basically I am willing to do anything to get down to my ideal build, 5'11 180 and cut as fuck, so I am asking for any advice whether it is cycles, supplements, diet, or workout.
MY biggest problem has been my lovehandles, and overall body width. Even when I have a sixpack and am lean I never have that slim waist V-shape look, I still look really wide and fat with normal clothes on. I have yet to see a program or workout that has aided in losing my lovehandles or overall thinned out my build.
Pretty much I am trying to switch from a college football linebacker build, to more of an athletic cornerback or basketball player look.
I am new to this board and all help/advice is appreciated.
